Here's my update, what do you think?

Jan 31, 2005 starting:

140 lbs
bodyfat- about 20% (one person tested 18%, one person tested 20%, I think I was closer to 20% though)

2/3/05:

5'5''
133
16.1%

almost 5 weeks.

Is that good progress? I'd attach a pic, but I decided to wait until I get to my goal. 125 at 13-14%.

Awesome results girl...7 lbs, 4% BF loss in only 3 days.

I am sure that 2/3/05 should be 3/3/05, right? Those are some good numbers. Not too fast that way they actually stay off.

Great results! I would advise to not even think about the weight, but focusing on bodyfat%. As you work out, you will build and tone muscle, which weighs more than fat. The main things that you should use to judge your progress are
1. bodyfat %
2. a mirror
3. before and after pics.

Trust me. A woman can have a smokin' bod a 110lbs or 150lbs, if she has low bodyfat AND well exercised, toned muscles.

Thanks all! It was about 5 weeks and I'm still going! Trying to get to 13-14%. Shouldn't be too much longer!

I'll post a pic when I get to my goal, I still don't feel 100% at 16%.

Looking forward to the pics (note the plural - I have high hopes ... and, make at least one of 'em a front bicep pic, puh-lease.) Thanks!
