I agree...I have nothing to add to the *** talk on here.
I'm here in the mornings and I check in late at night.

I'm doing real well on the diet now. My first week or so is just getting past the hungry ***** mode. I'm now into my strick addding up calories and carb, fat, protein intake. I had a cheat meal on Sat..yummmy, steak, smashed potatos, wine and cheese cake. Using yohimbe instead of ephedrine. Not sure I like it yet. I'll post a pic soon, the abs are coming in..lots of fat on thighs and ass still. Cardio up to 4 -5x per week. Light stuff..nothing all out.
I'm gonna hate chicken..for now I'm ok with it.
