Yep.........i've got issues w/ my shoulder and my lower back so i've had to adjust my training to more cable machines less free weights now....but that's ok....I can still torture myself

Hey, Cutie, sounds like you're enjoying life again!

What's gone on in your neck and back exactly? I've got a C5-6 protrusion. An MRI was done last Feb. and it's gotten worse since then but I've been letting heal for the last few months and have just been hitting things again very carefully. Some training I simply can't do, lats for one. My medical insurance has been dicking me around since Feb. but I'm working on chiro. treatment approval and should be starting soon. Sucks to have spinal shit interfering with what we love!

can u do core work? Should help wíth the spine. If you can that is. Cutie , I´m ´training a lot like you rep wise just now. Plan to get into heavier weights and lower reps ( 6-12x) from next week.

I have bursisitis, calcium deposits and an impingement which will require surgery in my shoulder....then I have bone on bone between my s1/l5 and l5/l4

so no squats, no deads, no lifting anything up from the floor..........I took off for like 3 months....
