I really punked out today....just did not have the energy I needed exp for leg day....wasn't feeling good yesterday...and I'm hoping I'm not getting sick.......but I did end up cutting today's workout short for a trip to the ladies room...to heave up ......so will finish up this leg workout tomorrow for sure....

day 1- Chest + cardio

day 3- shoulders/traps/calves + cardio
day 4- biceps/ abs + cardio
day 5- triceps/abs + cardio
day 6- legs/abs + cardio
day 7- cardio

obviously I'm limited due to the torn ligament...but the only thing that will keep me from training really is calves....
