Merk just announced the results of a new vaccine that apparently prevents the virus that causes cervical cancer. It's 100% effective in preventing the virus.

HPV is the leading cause of cervical cancer and 50% of sexually active adults are exposed to this virus.

This is wonderful news!

The vaccine is not effective if you've already been exposed to the virus but this may become something given to children just like chicken pox vaccines.

Curcumin (found in curry but available as a supplement aka turmeric) is showing great promise in actually killing many cancer cells as well as reversing alzheimers. I've had a few boughts with melanomas in the last couple of yrs. and curcumin is especially good for fighting it so that's the main supplement I take now. It's also showing to be very good for treating/preventing breast cancer, colon cancer and testicular cancer. Curry is used in Indian food and India has the lowest incidences of alzheimers and some cancers in the whole world, that's what lead to this discovery.
