Ok it has been forever since I have worked out.Between depression and stress I have become a major fat ass.So today it ends.


Got back in the gym and damn did I miss it with a passion.

Had yesterday off .
Just cardio today 25 mins elliptical heart rate in between 151-161

Ok so I suck at daily journals.

In between then and now I have done 3 days of cardio up to 25-30 mins currently

Todays leg workout(first one in a few months so dont be critical)

overhead squats with just the bar
3x10

squats 95x5x3sets

145x5x2sets

Leg press
180x15x2sets
270x15x2 sets

leg extensions
25pounds per leg non stop set for 25 each leg
