post surgery on 7/9 the dead is only back up over 200 for reps. over 335 it was before. the other lifts, well, they are the suck thus far.

but my bench is barely 105

I love the deadlift, adore it!! I cannot say enough great things about it. If I were to never be allowed more than one move, ever, it would be the deadlift... I want to learn to clean and press, that is a major goal, pull it, get under and push to the sky..........

I'm starting to lean out right about now... the junk and oversized holiday portions be GONE and its time to focus on pushing poundage. Also beginning some meditation. Today we lift

Began a 9 week periodized weight program today, after getting 10RM over the past 2 weeks. I've pretty much gone by the seat of my pants for the last 2 years and desired structure at this point. This week is 60% of my 1RM, it scales up to 100% later in the weeks which really won't be 100% by then cause I'll have gotten stronger, keeping the cart before the horse this helps. All exercises for 3 sets of 10 with lbs next to them

OHP 50
WG Lat pull 90
BB curls 40
Hammer Incline Bench 65
Cable Row 90
Assisted dips, pounds not disclosed for the protection of the poster

Must get off the puter so I can do some reading. Fork's home later tonight so I'll take these few hours

I'm right there with ya.I love deadlifting but my bench sucks.The highest I have ever gone on bench is around 185 ish.

some meet that the Pl peeps are doing out of Mavericks gym, I've not got the specifics, yet, will pass them along when I do, some are local this year which is cool!
