Cramps!!!

Well, although the progesterone bloated me badly, my period is much lighter! Usually it's really heavy for the first 4 or 5 days, yesterday was day 3 and I was able to go in the hot tub and have sex later with no mess. I was one very happy camper since we had a party and I wanted to play!

i never had that kind of problem but i know people who lean into the washing machine on spin and that acts as a massager of sorts.
