Help me please Figure Gals!

You have all been a great inspiration for my girlfriend and she has decided to do her first figure comp. She has trained her entire life (17) years. Her ex was an Olympic downhill racer. She has serious wheels!

Myself (trainer,18yrs Gold’s LBC) NPC competitor (LA/USA 06’ lt. hvy) and former NPC judge w/ Ken Taylor. I've helped her to dial her diet in (2300 cal, 40%carbs, 40% pro, 20 fats. Bf% currently15 %) and have set the pace balancing her upper body to match her fantastic legs. Creating a nice aesthetic package (not just my opinion).

Cardio 4-5 days/wk 30-60 min. mod intensity (60-75%)

Back/abs(day1) Chest(day2) legs(day3) Shoulders (day4) arms(day 5)

1 iu GH/day
5mg anavar/day
Clen/t-3 4 weeks on 4 off
50mg Test prop/wk

The final 4-6 weeks is my challenge. As a male, leg hardness is not too much challenge. However, lower (gluteus) can be soft for females seem to be more so.

Is Nolvadex/proviron added to the final 6 weeks ( or sooner) helpful in reducing estrogen levels and water retention? Use of usual depletion aids will also be added. Thanks in advance......I just Love the internet(class of 78)

Diet and training look on track. What are her stats height weight and bf%? As for her cycle what has she done in the past? If nothing I would absolutly say a big no go with the test.

Thanks for reply. She has cycled before years before with ex deca/testprop 50 mg total. This time start April 05 cycle 2, 8 weeks on/off, cycle 3 8on/off and just finished cycle 4. Went from 114 lbs to 138. Was 19% and after the past 2 weeks has dropped to 15%.

She is 5' 4" and 134 today. We are doing the NPC Orange County April 22.The test prop is being cut and replaced with items I referred to before. Will these items help her in your experience. Why no test? She's adopted well to it and no sides.....except a lidido that's well recieved. Nice tat!

Wow no sides with deca dam that is impressive, I always error on the side of caution. These sides a ever lasting on us. IMO I would go with just var but do 10-20mg ed over prop and 1 iu of GH. *Note I only recommend GH if she is over 30. * Novla add in at 2 weeks out and provirion add in at month out.

The classic last month of cutting includes 4 weeks max of 1 nolva & 1 proviron ED, split both in half for am & pm. I'm still sort of fuzzy on the estrogen rebound effect so assuming you don't see any unwanted effects from the combo, run it thru the show date and then ease off esp the nolva for maybe a week, reducing the dose in half every few days. And just watch the water & carb rebound as well.

I also assume your are workign off the test prop closer to show date to remove any effects of bloat, etc?

How Bad Were The Sides With The Deca/testp Cycle?

Sides were minimal......mostly raised libido.:bigsmile The length of time just 8 weeks and 25 mgs/wk split with 25 mg of deca. We look mostly for increased recovery from intense training schedules.

Under 30 you still produce enough on your own that its benifits for the extreme cost would be very slim also increased likely hood of sides as the gh in your body is still rather high doesn't tapper tell the 30's
