Cardio on Leg day...

I know there's not many women on the boards, so guys feel free to help me out. I'm currently dieting and doing cardio about 5-6 days a week to help tone up. I'm just wanting to know if I should continue to do cardio on leg day? After my leg workouts, I just don't have the energy to get on the elliptical. Mind you that I SERIOUSLY work my legs, (i.e. hack-squats, leg press, lunges, inner and outer thigh, leg curls and extentions...) Any input would help...

I'm no pro...but me doing cardio after doing legs...uh- uh ain't happnin!

At our gym..we have stairs and I am clinging to the rail, just to make it down. The next day...even though, barely able to walk.. I make myself do cardio.

cardio AFTER leg day helps recovery tremendously. I do GPP (pull weight sled) after leg day it is makes recovery way better. Believe me pulling a weight sled makes the ellipitical look like childs play

try what? sled pulling?.............lol

yes it is tuff, extemely, but it gets you in shape pretty quick. Increases workload, no joint impact at all

well, I'm a weakling, so that may not be for me.

if you did it, it would have to be real light weight, I am using 95lbs right now

oic, I do pretty heavy weights for a girl, but after leg days, I'm slackin!
