this is hard...

ok I've noticed a trend w/ me lately........and I'm very tired of it....I do good for several months...start dropping weight....hitting the gym hard...haveing great workouts...then bam......I go off....I start to eat like crap....stop hitting the gym...every day...and before I know it...the 20 lbs I just lost are back again!!!!!!!!

i'm really f'n sick and tired of this shit.....

doesn't help that I work primarily from home....and have little to no interaction w/ the outside world...some days....sometimes for days on end....

right now I know I'm pmsing...and I'm holding a shit load of water cause I feel it all in my legs....and I feel sooo damn gross!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You just gotta find your groove again. Also, since I know you so well, you have had a lot of stuff going on for um...too long, and this hasn't helped you stay on track.

You and I really need to help keep eachother in check since we can hang together when you're in my area. We also keep similar hours. Maybe we can do our own training seperately but together. Like when it's time for you to go to the gym I can do my shit at home and we call eachother when it's time to get going.

And don't beat yourself up too much. Go dig out some old pictures of yourself and appreciate the progress you've made.

I think wh at's happeneing is that w/ my receptors increased....when my estrogen drops...i'm having a progesterone spike..hence the water problem....

I've been drinking cranberry juice...taking herbal diuretics....and drinking a crap load of water..............

I also have cramps....bad cramping....haven't had this in ages...yesterday I wanted to rip my insides out o fme.....I'm starting to hate this shit...I think next month I'm gonna try some dostinex
