Im new. I have some questions, thank for the friendly advice girls!

i wanted to ask you if var-clit a permanent thing? either way, what is a good first cycle for me?

first off I' live on var never had "var clit"

secondly...why do you want to use AAS?

are you going to compete? are you fin i s hed having children?

next....what are you looking to accomplish?

and.......what does your diet and your training schedule look like?

I mention that because IMO if you are not competing....I would not recommend AAS useage until you're done having children....there are certain AAS compounds that cause birth defects should you get pregnant while using.

you can do what you want..w/out using AAS.....

Diet, Training, Cardio.............how long are you training for btw?

I've seen more women screw themselves up because they have no clue what they are doing.....and take the advise of the wrong people.....so yea..I'm the big bad ***** Cutie.........but looking out for YOUR well being in the long run

In all seriousness if you want to lean out and lose some weight I would suggest doing that before using var.Some women can get a bit of a swollen sensitive clit off of var but it doesnt enlarge it permanently to my knowledge

les I"ll be very happy to help you tweak your diet and training....

go to www.fitday.com input everything you eat for 2-3 days...and I mean if it goes into your mouth....add it in there....lets get a good look at what your diet looks like...also post what you're eating...and what time if you can..that will be the best place to start

also any vitamins/supplements youre taking...are you on any medications?
