Hi! I'm a new member, & have a question

I'm a female, and I'm trying to lose weight. I bought albutreol suppliments yesterday. my question is, does albuterol increase muscle in wemon? I was thinking about clen at first, but decided to buy albuterol because it is safer. If I don't concentrate on building muscle, will it still happen? I don't want to bulk up, I jus want it to loss my stored fat. I heard that clen will not make one build muscle, but is this the same for albuterol? thankx all so much :woot

albuterol won't make you gain muscle, but you're not gonna see the kind of results you want unless you also have a good diet and you're exercising. Additionally, I don't personally know anything about albuterol use in women so I can't really comment on it's suitability for you. How old are you?

welcome, perhaps you should post your diet and training schedule

^^ I really have no training schedule, I jus go to the gym with my husband most day, and go walking sometimes at home. as for my diet... I'm a fruitarian, as in I only eat fruit (wich does include tomatos, peppers, squash, avacados, and corn), and I jus eat pretty much w/o counting calories or w/e. jus when I'm full I stop. I lost ALOT of weight and feel so good, but I grew up all my life as a fat girl (most of my family is overweight or obese), and some of the weight will just not go, itsnot that bad, but I think I need alittle help, not to over abuse it or anything. I just don't really want muscles (little femine ones are ok, but not much) but want to lose my weight.
