Sorry it took so long to post...been busy EATING for the past two weeks.

I was STILL too soft. I got 4th out of 15.... they wanted the girls ripped.

So this should keep you busy for a while..... I will be MORE RIPPED for the Atlanta show in March 08...and beefier..... I'm eating a lot and lifting hard!!! 2 weeks after that...the Jr. Nationals!

First off... WINNING 4th place out of 15 girls is TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! Congratulations for having the guts to just get up on stage and strut your stuff! Your body type may not have been what the judges were looking for but from the looks of your pics.... you look phenomenal and all the hard work from dieting and lifting has paid off! I.M.H.O.... I think you looked alot better than the other contestants. I've heard it said that each competition is different in that no one ever knows what the judges are looking for.... some want the lean, tight and totally ripped looked and some want the "full" more feminine package. Nonetheless, you look FABULOUS!

I wish I could give some kind of input in regarding cycles but I'm still learning myself. Anyway, good luck in Atlanta and Nationals!

Nice!! Your suits are really nice, I have to say! Congrats on your placing. I would say that you were just a touch soft. But this is such a fine line for your comp. They say its better to be just alittle too soft than to ripped, but I think just the opposite. You have really nice lines, I can see you doing well with some more perseverance. Have you ever cycled at all?? I may be able to help you some there. I just like to see women in you comps stay more natural.

Nope, never cycled at all, I've seen some girls get some OK results with Anavar...but I want MORE muscle, flat out. I want the quad-sweep, the nice bicep and tricep and shoulder caps.... I am lifting more weight and more intense than the girl who won by a long shot...

I love her...but she was just too skinny....128lbs...I don't care about conditioning when you've got such thin muscle.... I need to be somewhere between what I am...and Val W at the Colorado....

I've been training now, HARD for 3 years with BBing style lifting, kettlebells, etc. (KETTLEBELLS ROCK!!) I have been involved in sports training for 10 years. I'm READY.
