Ok, hi all. Am brand new here, would love to have advice, but sure dont want to get banned right off the freakin bat lol. I have been reading as guest for some time, trying to figure lots of stuff out. So i guess am just gonna have to say it this way, maybe look like an idiot, plead my case as innocent, genuine, and looking for advice. You can email me, please feel free to. Heres the deal.
ME---47 years old. Wife 40. She has been working out, very hard all her life in all sorts of fitness related things. Former aerobics teacher, last 5 years into very hard weightlifting, trying to build mass. She is 5'7 145, 13.75" biceps. Uses creatine, whey protein, takes in 2 grams protein per bodyweight, has been eating awesome, cleanly, and more. Also uses Nitric and some Ness Protein Digest caps.
Have been told by her, tired of the micro gains each year, and wants to get BIG, HUGE and BIG soon period. She is willing to do what is needed, prefers non injectables.................
I dont know where to turn.............this is my last ditch try here........seems like good group of people here, would like to make friends i can trust, not foes in todays world for sure.
Sorry this is so long..........just looking for trust.
If i have alienated anyone, or broke any rules, am very sorry and willing to accept banishment. Just tired of day to day wondering about what I can do to help her get big and huge.............as she wants.

Let me preface this by saying I have no practical knowledge involving women and steroids so what I suggest here is information learn't from research etc over time and nothing practical.

Women obviously need to avoid the virilizing affects that taking AAS would do to them but for the most part this is unavoidable as steroids are synthetic derivatives of male hormones. What you need to do is ensure the effects are as minimal as possible so very low doseages is advised and runs of 6 weeks or less.

Also you want to look at steroids with a low androgenic ratio and these include the following: Anavar, Winstrol, Proviron, Nandrolones and Primobolan. My best suggestion would be Anavar and Primobolan as this is used with women who have contracted aids.

Lastly I would also suggest to look into peptides. These will have no virilizing affetcs at all but still provide muscle growth. Suggestions here would be IGF, MGF and HGH. A combination of these 3 would be ideal.
