Body fat droping well, looking lean on upper body, but still holding in legs (my usual problem area), but still shrinking as clothing sizes are getting smaller YAY!

Hit a mental LOW this past Saturday! Was tired, and moody, did not want to talk, and picked fights with partner (lucky he understands). Was fine in the afternoon and totally back to my normal happy self the next day. Thought it must be PMS but no period - until this morning, so must have been PMS. I was hoping in a way that due to the use of 'var my period would stop, but no. Never mind at least I know I'm functioning fine. I am still tired (and hungry) currently but am sure things will level out in a day or so.

How are you finding the Winny and sides from that, that you may have noticed over the var? Is it orral or injectible? Cheers.

I'm not opposed to injectables, and realise that less liver damage occurs with injectables, but I'm sticking with oral as it is small dosage, using liver-guard (weather that helps or not), and for my lifestyle it is easier for me.

Winny sides: I've not really noticed anything major, maybe holding a bit of water but that could be due to high sodium levels in diet currently, there have been no bad sides ie deeper voice, or masculine traits etc.
Var sides: Higher sex drive to begin with (levelled out now - but never had problem with that side of my life, very positive outlook, pumped for training!

Current General sides/results/effects: Muscle growth is fantastic, hardening of muscles is great, more hormoanal (*****y) during period but very little joint pain and NO cramping, light period, increased hunger, weight not droping but body fat decreasing consistantly.

So far so good, as at 6 weeks out I will be cycling on and off with Clen so body does not get used to it. Other fine tweaking will be in my diet.

No sugar free sweetners (Splenda or stieva)

Stop adding salt, sodium to food

4 Lt water minimum - (already this or more)

Carbs for only meals M1: 1/3c Oats, M2. 1/2c sweet potato,M3.1/2c sweet potato

Steamed Vegies in meals: M3. 2 cups broc or mixed, M4. 2 cups broc or mixed, M5 2-3cups broc or mixed

Protein in each meal: M1: Shake M2: Tuna or Egg whites M3:Chicken M4:Chicken M5:Chicken or Fish (Salmon once a week) M6: Shake

Supplements in addition: Multi Vitamin, Liver Guard, Fish oil caps, L Carnitine, ECA,

Limit processed food (Protein shakes will be cut to 2 meals per day)

HELP Been getting some cramp in feet and legs, today got very bad muscle cramp in calf while doing morning cardio on Treadmill - is there anything anyone would recomend?

Your diet looks awesome, what doing is very very similar at the moment. There is something for the cramps you should look at Potassium, get a supplement from your local pharmacy and ask the chemist while you are there about that. Some pics would be nice I bet your looking very very good right now? I'm a fair sport you can check mine out in the steroid section, if you haven't already?

Started taking multi vitamins (x2 am + x 2pm) and maganesium (x1 am + 1pm) really seemed to help with energy levels so I guess I was lacking in something, probably iron (which is normal for me at times) my motivation and drive has increased again and my energy has been good to average.

BUT today I am really tired! I'm nearing the end of the week and with cardio in the morning and training at night and my really focussing on my diet it is understandable that I am due for a sleep in on the weekend.

Have had a break from the clen so will start up again on Saturday - which I will be glad to get that energy 'kick' from.

Body fat droping still, weight not moving very fast - so still building lean mass!

Cramps still happening in my left calf but not so bad.

Sound normal to me Evie, when you are this close to a comp you have good and bad days tell me about it. How long is it now?

If you are not making gains, and you have no sides, then go ahead and up the dose.
Remember, your looking for the minimum EFECTIVE dose.

creatine is synergistic with var, because var increases creatine stores.
