Ladies plz help... my 1st cycle ever...

Hi everyone,
i'm a newbie!!! My diet is regular nothing to fatty or sugery during the week and one cheat day on weekends. I go to the gym about 4 or 5 days a week and mix cardio and weights. Yes, i already know that i need to be on a stricker diet for my cycle. I want to really concentrate on fat loss and hardening, cutting. I wondered if anyone had any sugguestions.

Stats:
23yrs, Female, 5'5 and about 170lb (urgh disgusting)

I want to take:

T3 Oral- bought from sponsor AG-Guys... reliable right?
Anavar Oral- Finding a source...
Ventolin (2mg Salbutamol)Bought from gym contact.

Sound good? I wasnt sure if i should do anavar or winnie. Also what does to take of each and how my cycle should look. Do i need to taper?? Like i said i'm a newbie and would really appreciate the help!!

well it seems that you are trying to use anabolic substances like winstrol and anavar to achieve weight loss...these substances are for weight gain and they are undoubtedly gonna make u heavier....

i dont know what ur bf% is, winstrol and var are only going to harden you up and give you a tighter look if your bf is already low....

it seems your problem might be your diet....u need to cut your daily calorie intake and perhaps up your cardio..

the t-3 might not be a bad choice and maybe some clen or albuterol..

but i suggest to at least get your utrition in order for the first two months and try to lose the weight naturally..

Thank for the suggestion however naturally hasnt been working for me. i thought i had a thyroid problem but i did a complete physical and y doc told me everything is normal. i think it may be my birth control. So i am getting an IUD next week. i tried clen and was loosing quickly but it made me so naseates that i could barely work out with wanting to throw-up. Is this normal for clen??

Thats why i looked into T3... So you suggest Var or winnie after loose some weight? i only thought that if i gained some more muscle mass that could aid in getting rid of some fat also.... am i wrong???

IMO, 23 is a little young for you to start using anyways. You definintely need to get on a real clean strict diet and cardio routine. Stick to it, show yourself your dedicated and determined then see what you can do with help later..

Thanks for the reply but i feel as though i am desperate. naturally just hasnt been working. i even went to the doc and got a full physical to make sure. i am not used to being so heavy and un-tone. i am willing to clean up my diet and work out harder but i really do think i will need anabolic help....

you can drop some bodyfat and put onb muscle whilst on aas by eating properly and training harder..but the aas themslves do not have fat buring properties...

i will not recommend winstrol for a newbie like u, its a highly androgenic compound and issues like sterility, hairloss, devleopment of male charecteristcos is a serious concern with this compound. I do not know much about aas and female use but, anavar is usually well tolerated by women..

irrespective i feel that the solution you are looking for is not going to be gained from aas use.

You are looking to lose wight and tone down am i right?

Nutritona nd exercise is ur priamry weapon of choce at the mom..

and remeber rome was not built in a day...aas is not a quick fix

trust me i know it's hard.

I've struggled all my life with my weight. i was so overweight i had gastric bypass surgery.. i'm still struggling. I just know I'm a member on 5 different boards and everyone on any of the boards has told me to lower my bf more before I even think about it. I'm a few years older than you as well.

I don't have any experience with aas so all I can do is tell you what I've been told and that you should really listen to the guys on here.. they know what they're talking about (most of them, anyways)

I wish you the best, but I still really think 23 is too young.. Chiq will have better advice for you than I do... wait for her to post.

Yes you are right... i am considering myself a work in progress. i am positive and really motivated!!! i want to be in better shape than ever. i will keep the ventolin, ad t3 i already ordered. maybe i'll pair a low dose of anvar and just get my ass moving to the gym!!!!

My goal is definitly fat loss and tone. but i want to cut all around. Nice cut and defined abs.....

one last word of advise...

train and eat naturally for minimum one month and keep track of your weight, bf etc....

if this doesnt work THEN ONLY start the t3.....

the var should be kept when u really ready to get that chisseled and really defined physique...

as u said you are a work in progress...do not rush it!!!!

that should be your first step with the exception of diet. and it shouldn't be a week in the gym then yep ok, i am ready for aas.

you need to do as all the guys that are new to the boards and to aas are told... RESEARCH, read, read, read.. then read some more.. focus on your diet and workouts and as Garra said.. Rome wasn't built in a day.

you will obviously do whatever you want to do, but if you came looking for advice you should really listen to what people are telling you.
