Nope, sorry things have been crazy. I ran it for 3 weeks and stopped until I can order some more. I did ok, not as well as I had hoped but I'm into some clothes I haven't been able to wear. I don't have a number for you cause my scale is packed.. but I can see in photos and with my clothes I did drop some. I'm thinking on my next go round I may try an ECA stack and see which one works better for me. I'll let you know when that time comes and again hun, thanks for checking in on me.

Clen and caffine is a no no. Clen and caffeine is competing with your receptors. I would drop the caffine.

Okay.. so here's the most recent pic. I've been walking again, and still can't get my diet completely in check.. mainly cause I can't afford to buy groceries.. but I'm back to the clothes I was in before my accident.. so it's happening... slowly!
