Hi everyone....

Well if ya read my las post you kinda know my deal. I am finally off my bc and have a non-hormonal iud. How long must i wait before i can cycle???

I have been stricter on my diet and really pumping up my workouts. So far i already feel less bloated and less water retention.

My plan is to take the ventolin i already have and t3. I wanted to add some winnie or anavar, but i am not sure yet. This is my first cycle ever!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanx

Var only for a start no more than 10mgs a day in a split dose and have the weekends off so as to not get too much androgen buidup. That my advise.

I think that it would be ok to go any time just make sure you have your diet cardio and lifting sorted first.

Oh and you will stop or miss you normal cycle when you begin the var, also remember steroids even such as var are aimed to hold or build buscle you absolutely mus be eating a strict diet to see the best results in fat loss. You need low carb and clean protein very little fat etc and very little or no processed foods, do you have that sorted?

Well, i am sticking to greens and fresh fruit, like apples, oranges etc and alot of grilled chicken, very little red meat. I also take b-12, and chormium pic.....

Plus i used to take Tonalin a while back an saw some good results with a diabetic sugar blocker supplement. I want to add that all to my cycle too. I am focused to stay at a max of 1000cal/day and like i mentioned before pump up my cardio.

Any more suggestions???

6/18/08 UPDATE

HONESTLY I HAVE BEEN GOOD ON MY DIET FEW CHEATS AND UPPED MY GYM WORKOUT. I HAVE ONLY LOST 11LBS! fRUSTRATING!

HOWEVER, I CAN TELL MY MUSCLE ARE GETTING HARDER AND STRONGER. EVEN THOUGH I AM STRONGER I FEEL LIKE MY THIGH ARE NOT GETTING THINNER. THEY ARE THE SAME OR BULKIER.

WTF? I'M TRYING TO GET LEAN SO I CAN GET RIPPED. WHAT CAN I DO TO TAKE OFF THE FAT ASAP??? ANY SUGGUESTIONS??

I DID A 12 WKS CYCLE OF T3 AND REALLY LIKED WHAT IT DID FOR MY DIGESTION AND I PAIRED IT WITH VENTOLIN FOR WORKOUTS.

I AM STILL TAKING NATURAL SUPPLEMENTS TOO:
TYROSINE, GLUTAMINE, SUGAR BLOCKER, CARB BLOCKER, BIOTINE, FIBER, CHROMIUM PICOLONATE, CLA TONALIN

ANY SUGGESTIONS TO GET THE FAT OFF ASAP WOULD BE GREAT! THANKS
