diet help for my girl friend

so my girl friend wants to get back into shape. I dont know much about training and dieting for ladies, but what type of things should she be eating and how much? She wants to firm her chest, arms, and back so does she just do less weight more reps? Any help would be great thanks all!

Her diet really shouldn't vary too much from what you would do to lose. Lower the carbs, up the protein.. keep it clean. Add some cardio and training. Good luck to her & tell her to join the board
