Diet on first cycle of VAR....

I am starting my first ever cycle on Var and looking for insight on diet while cycling. I am 125lbs and I am looking to bulk up and shred. I would like to know the best diet to be on to reach my goal. I greatly appreciate any insight.

I'm not really sure there's a whole lot you can do to get any mass at all on a anavar only cycle man. It's only really intent is used as a anticatabolic during a cutting cycle, where your calorie intake is reduced. If you're really only 125lbs you need to do a few cycles of Test, Deca, or Tren for your size to maximize and then try to get cut up more. I don't know of anyone weighing in at 125lbs that would need to get cut except maybe a 10 year old boy.

I believe leanandmean is a female so test, deca or tren are absurd suggestions unless you want her to start walking and talking like a man.
