ANAVAR for the beginner

I've been training to be a fitness model for PUMA. Its coming up in 3 months. Im very tall and thin and it has been difficult to get the bulk and tone that i need, even with trainers. Been taking 170 grams of proteing everyday too. my agent wants me to go on anavar. im scared, but willing to do it.

i need advice on how to take it:
can i continue my diet and workout plan i currently am on?
do i have to be on the anavar all three months?
will i have significant side affects in just three months?
should i follow the instructions on the bottle for dosages?
also, where can i get it for a decent price?

will i have significant side affects in just three months? This is subjective but it is known be one of the mildest forms of steroids you can take.
should i follow the instructions on the bottle for dosages? No

cause i've reading a lot about it, but only for men, they say the sides its the same for females? it's that true? and whats the chance of getting the sides?

Hi everybody!

I'm a Swiss bodybuilder and on and off steroids for 20 years now!

I never had any side effects besides a bit of acne on my back and shoulders. The only thing is to keep low dosages such as 20mg of Winstrol and 10mg of Anavar per day for 6 or 8 weeks.

Oh, but anyway every "body" is different, so you can't be sure to not have any side effects only because I got none!!

So, still be very careful and stay healthy, ok!!

In all honest var is one of the easiest compounds out there to use. Ive run the anavar at dosages of 60mg a day without any side effects. Given the fact that your are female, you would do well starting the compound on 5mg/day to gauge your body's response to the var. If your results are limited increase the dosage but its advisable to avoid exceeding the 20mg/day mark.

but, the danish guys talks A LOT of unwanted hair growth and male characteristics if a females takes wins ect. - is that true?

Look, not everybody reacts the same way, but the good thing with oral 'roids is, you can stop taking them from one day to another. So if you get an unwanted side effect, you stop immediately.

But if you keep your dosage low (Winstrol 20mg/day/Anavar 10 to 20mg/day) and you don't go longer than 6 to 8 weeks, the side effects will be minimal.

I'm just finishing my cycle this week and besides a little acne on my back I didn't get any other side effects. And I'm female and 43 years old.
