Another newbie here, wanting advice...

Hello All...I have had an athletic build pretty much my whole life. About 4 years ago I hurt my rotator cuff had to stop being physical. I am much better now, but over a 2 year period I gained some weight. I would consider my self over weight but most people think of me as being petite. About 2 years ago I got back into the gym. I boxed for 8 months, then realized it wasn't for me. Then I did weights and elyptical/ zumba. I have been doing the weights and cardio pretty seriously for about 5 months now. I have been eating clean for about 3months but have always eaten healthy. I have muscular build(personally just not where I want to be). I am to the point where I want to really cut, but no to be buff by any means. I still have quite a bit of fat around my stomache that is hard to get rid of after 2 kids, and birth control, which I am no longer on. I am 30 years old I weigh 140 I am 5''2. I dropped about 20lbs the last 3 months. My diet: about 1300 or so cals per day I have 3 egg whites for breakfast and 1 slice of toast, a yogurt shake for a snack, protein shake for lunch or chicken breast and veggies, a protein bar for a inbetween snack, dinner fish and veggies, before bed maybe protein shake if I'm hungry. lcarnitine, glutamines fat burners, vitamins cla... I am ready for my first cycle, I have read about so many different cycles I dont know what to start off with. I do have an idea clen, and t3, or winny, sten, anvar or sustanton. I dont want to bulk much just cut/strength I would appreciate any ideas and or advice, Thanks! I will post some body shots later so you can get an idea of my physique.

First, I would start off by increasing your caloric intake, at a BMR of 1680, you're only taking in 1300 calories, way below your dieting range (1450-1520). Second, you can fill this void by increasing your omega fats, like flaxseed oil, 2-3tbsp. per day.

Going over your base diet, I don't see a lot of calories, possibly not even 1300, how big are your protein shakes?

In terms of steroids or other supplements, I don't believe you are ready yet for anything hard. You should stick with the very basics, such as clenbuterol and anavar, maybe a light SERM.

I have a trainer he is the one who formulated my diet. I thought it was a little low. I figured I would go with anvar, but I am not sure if I should take it by it self and what dosage. I don't think I want to do anything hard, beacause I want to keep a feminine but very cut/defined body. By no means am I new to the gym just new to dieting and heavier lifting. Thanks for your input!

all steroids will cause muscle growth if you exercise... IE... lift weights.

Get your diet and cardio in order... maybe use a bit of clen.

As Tealc said... stay away from the steroids...

Oh... one more piece of advice.... never let a man give you advice about steroids...

He would not know about it at ALL, he's completely against it. BTW I don't take much advice from men any way, goes in one ear and out the other. My husband has a hard enough time. LOL... I am not looking for opinions if I should or should not do steroids. We all know that is a matter of personal choice. I would just like ideas on different combinations and dosages. Thanks!

I believe what Rat was eluding to is you need to get steroid advice from women that are experienced with them, not meaning your trainer. CHIQUITITA and IronpumpedLady are both a wealth of information. Maybe try sending them a PM as they don't post much anymore but may get notification via email when they are pm'd.

I agree talk to IronpumpedLady I have read alot of her post and she knows alot.Also stay the hell away from sten or sustenon they are both plain old forms of testosterone,and you do not want that!! Well unless you want to start shaving your upper lip and chin and have an enlarged clitoris,although for awhile your significant other will enjoy the ramped up sex drive(for awhile)!

Yeah the sex drive would be nice since I don't have much of one now, But I'mm sure there other ways of getting that going... LOL

I prefer the e3 its dosnt budge and gets in there good, but its really what you do good with, everyone is different!!!
