New to HGH need help.

I'm a televised consumer advocate. Making no money but protecting people. Since I'm on TV and I'm 48 I've hit menopause and am on bioidentical hormones progesterone and have started .4mg Omnitrope per day injected to lose weight.

I'm not losing weight 5 weeks out and I've got really aching joints.

Can anyone tell me what to expect? How to lose weight on this and about my aching joints like will it go away?

Unfortunately, one of the side effects of HGH is aching joints, for bodybuilders it's the wrists many times. At times, my hands felt like they were growing even when I was past 35! It's a strange feeling.

You can help your joints to a degree by adding glucosamine, chondrin, calcium and omega fats to your daily intake. What are you dosages of these supplements now?
