i want to loose 10 kilos i was trying to loose weight through strict dieting but i regained all the weight i lost cause i am fed up with diet food and sports my friend suggested that i use Winstrol is it good for females i mean what are the side effects and i heard that it makes the muscles bigger and i dont wanna grow any muscle help me what should i do..

If you can't control you diet... you'd gain it back anyway... so why bother....

All steroids cause muscle growth. Steroids are not magic and will not by themselves cause you to lose fat.

am desperate i'm tired from dieting for long long time cause i have a slow metabolism,,I just need a push,,anything that can help me loose weight faster and encourage me anyway thx for ur reply i appreciate

Unfortunately, no amount of steroids will make you lose weight. Steroids are NOT weight loss drugs, as females seem to think they are for some reason. Anabolic steroids will increase your muscle mass and bring about negative side effects. They are not to be used because you don't want to diet.

I understand not wanting muscles like a man but a toned body will help your appearance. It takes dedication to nutrition (not dieting) and reasonable exersize. You can't be sedentary and have issues with not controlling food intake. I mentioned proper nutrition over diet. Diets don't work for long as they are a temporary fix to a long term problem. They treat a symptom not the true issue. Learning what to eat and when to eat is what will help you. It won't happen over night but if you are dedicated you will prevail.

I would also suggest you get a complete physical to include blood work. You should have your thyroid levels checked to see where you are. I would suggest knowing what the normal range is when you get the results back and don't just let the doctor tell you are "within normal range" if you are boarderling hypothyroid. Adjusting thyroid levels is easily done with medication (T3 and T4) and it has a huge effect on you metabolism. I know this from experience not from what I read somewhere.

We men sometimes get so tired of this I dont want to build muscle I just want to tone up blah blah blah.In truth you really need to build some muscle(well I dont want to bulk up and look like a man) you wont,aint gonna happen naturally.You need lean muscle to be healthy look good and amp up your metabolism,and stave off osteoporosis.A quality diet of high protein good fat(flax ,cla) and low carbs along with proper weight training can have amazing results,ps consistency is the real key.You didnt get in the shape you are overnight and your not going to get in the shape you want overnight!!
