I've been on 50 mg of win tabs split up into two doses - 20 mg before my morning cardio and 30 mg before my evening lifting. It's been only two days and I'm godawful sick! I can barely make it through a workout. Am I taking it at the wrong times? Should I take it all before bed, or right after the workout? Or do I just need to adjust to it?
I'd much rather be on injectables but I was kind of on a time crunch and this was all I could get. |
