if i dont get any sides should i raise the dose to 15mg/day in the last 4 weeks?

I think 10 mg's is good for a first cycle and wouldn't raise it at the end. If you don't like the results after 2 weeks you can raise it to 15 mg's but I think you'll enjoy the results. More isn't always better. If your lifts feel strong and your burning fat there's no reason to raise the dose.

10mg is fine. I talk to a girl regularly on another board and she runs var with no problems at all. Shes more of an experienced user of it but has gained a ton of strength. She is at week 8 now.

Anavar is not a drug for spot reduction. If you use 10mgs of anavar along with some clenbuterol, good diet and training/cardio, you'll make good progress. However, alone, anavar is not going to play out any magic.

Weight lifting is going to make you solid and burn calories while your lifting plus while you're not. Your body repairs those muscles while you're not lifting. Cardio will burn fat along with good nutrition. All of those things will help make you solid. What do you mean by tight? Youthful skin?

I have decided to add clen, when im going to run anavar!
is there any advice you think i should know? :-)
i want to have the best out of it, and i know how to train and eat :-)
but any good advice? :-)

how should i run clen? 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off ect. ?
or 5 days on 2 days off ect. ?
I have run clen before 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, but i didnt get a good result in that way, it could have been much better, even thoug i had control over my diet and training.
