Winny or anavar?

Hi, what can you best recommend - winny or anavar ?
I want to build more muscle mass, and be as solid as possible.
I'm 1.60 cm tall, and my weight is 55 kilo ( i'm danish )

I'm quite afraid of side effects, is there anyone who can tell me what the chances are to get the side effects?
Enlarged clit? - TELL ME ABOUT IT?!
- and what gives the best results - winny or anavar?

Anavar is not going to have a lot of sides at low dosages (but nothing is side effect free). You can run anavar + clenbuterol and have a good solid cycle.

In terms of heavy sides, just don't abuse the steroids, and you'll be fine.

winstrol is a hardening steroid. its not very good at putting on mass. if you are trying to bulk i recommend using testosterone for 10 to 12 weeks. you can use arimidex and hcg during cycle to prevent some side effects. after your done you will go into pct (post cycle therapy) with nolvadex for an additional 4-5 weeks like this 20/20/20/10/10. 20 mgs for the first 3 weeks then 10mgs for the last one or two. by the way pct will have to be done every time you go on a cycle involving AAS ( anabolic androgenic steroids)

before you do any of this, id like you to do your self a favor and research the compounds in bold above. that way you have a better understanding of what your doing.

- i decided to run anavar 10mg at day in 8 weeks.
i'm a first time user, so is 10mg too much?
if its okay to run 10mg like a first time user, then should i share the dose
over the days, like 5mg in the morning and the rest 5mg later?
whats best?

should i run som pct? or is there something i can do to reduse the risk of the side effects?

+ is its gonna increase the libido? if so, is it a permanint side?

Anavar was orginally made for women and children. 10 mg's is the correct dose for you. If you work out hard you should see significant fat loss and good strength gains. It works very well even synergistically with creatine. Splitting the dose is a good idea. If it increases your libido that effect will stop when you quit taking the var.
