Need some help/ cycle for girlfriend!!

My girlfriend is 40 yrs old stands 5'9" weighs 160lbs with a body fat of 34%.
I need to get her something that is gonna maximize her efforts in the gym to drop excess fat and tone up for5 months from now. I've heard about Clen and winny andprimo and VAR but so much is written about its use in women that quite frankly I'm a little lost as what would be a good cycle for her. Any help would be appreciated. BTW- this would be her 1st cycle as well.

She needs to work out alot before get on some roids. She neeeds to burm all that fat first naturaly then used some roids.

Let me ask you this, what's her level of determination?

She is very determined to lose the weight and tone up, but at her age it is hard to lose the fat.Would something like L-thyroxine and maybe something else be on the menu for her.

How long has she been working out.. I mean if shes determined enough that shes already been at it hard for 6 months, then yeah its worth lookin at..

she has been running and working out for like 2 years- what should she be doing for a cycle?

sounds like your girlfriend does not eat properly!! if she is truely excercising and is 34%bf, then she does not know how to eat correctly. she needs to work on her diet and she would see results. it does not matter if she is 40, 50, or 20.

I agree it is mostly a diet issue. Age can be a factor as can changing hormone levels. She needs to get a complete hormone panel done and pay close attention to thyroid (THS, T3 and T4). It is very common for women to be hypothyroid at her age and that makes losing body fat a difficult task.

Once she has her blood work then we will know what the best course of action for her will be. I wouldn't rush into a steroid cycle either way. She could end up with some permanent physical changes that you and her may not like, unless masculinity is her goal.
