How much HGH is an optimum amount to take each day for gaining mass. How long on this amount is appropriate before cutting back and off. Thanks for the advice.

for a good amount of time than a lot of gh for a short amount of time. I like it @ 6 iu 5 days on/2 off for 6 month runs. 3 iu first thing in the morning and another 3 iu in the evening.

hgh alone regardless of what type or what youve read you will gain no mass..thats a bank on

slin GH and anabolics is the way to go bro, I take GH ed 7 iu's in the AM....

I've heard some bad things about slin - not sure if i'd fool with slin, myself. why risk it?

Start taking a long ester test like enanthate or cyp for a couple of weeks before starting growth. GH works best in a high androgen environment. Keep taking test and start cycling a strong oral androgen like d-bol in and out on a 4 week on/4 off fashion. A 17aa oral like d-bol promotes IGF-1 release which has a strong synergistic effect with GH and test.

Slin is recommended mainly to compensate for the loss of insulin sensitivity associated with GH use. I don't care for slin either. I would use ala instead. It'll improve insulin sensitivity, it's a great anti-oxidant, and it'll protect your liver. Slin is great stuff, but it makes me too fat too easy no matter how careful I am.

You should also cycle T-3 on an off during your GH to help manage your thyroid levels. Something GH can have a negative effect on.

I say run the enanthate about 16 weeks, that'll get you through the first 14 weeks of your GH run. Then, I like to switch to quicker acting and clearing tests. I'll jump off the enanthate then start prop for 6 weeks and then suspension for the last 4. Make sure you run a-dex all the way through. You may need to hit some HCG once or twice during the cycle depending on nut shrinkage. When everything is done, start your post cycle therapy as usual.

basically gh without slin is a waste..gh and anabolics have its place..but for the flow without insulin use it i promise you will just leave you the same as if you ran a test and a good 17 alk oral cycle..im big on gh..but only big on it when its used at 8-12 iu's a day and with minimal 15 iu's slin..IE..pro stackin..

I actually gained about 10 pounds of muscle this past fall and winter without any additional fat gain using the above method. I haven't gained that much muscle since my first cycle and what's more, I've kept it. The ala does wonders if you use enough. Slin would be cheaper though! lol.

woop who mentioned ala-baba?...could be me..course i have seen a few gain with low dose of slin and clen..ask me how?..nada..now i gained when i mis-dosed myself for 4 days using 21 iu's of ET hgh..haa..ask wolfie about dem ankles ..

I'm with BK. Slin for the most part no matter how clean I am and how much GH I am running makes me fat. I will on occassion use it after a workout of a lagging body part though. ALA, GH and tons of testo and some other goodies rocks. BTW fellas, if you havent used the Nutropin Depot time release GH, you have to give it a try.
