T3 and slin

ok, if you take one shot in the morning and one shot after your workout, when is the best time to take T3... prob after the workout.... just wanted to get everyone's opinion on this..

after your workout and make sure to take in boatloads of protein at this time. the t3 should kick prot synth into high gear, so that with the slin and whatever else should really turn on the growth.

t-3 has a short half-life, but it probably won't make a difference. It will burn fat no matter what, the problem is that it increases a binding hormone that renders insulin less potent....I could go into detail, but that would be boring. Treny, remember to use the GH!, the synergy with these 3 is what counts.
