slin and daily routines

ok,,,, I have always heard that if you do slin try to keep everything you do the same,, like don't workout less one week, then the last..or don't change your workout in the middle of a slin cycle.. I can't see how this can affect you...slin is only in you for 4 hours,(human R)

like if you work crazy shift's and you are off for 3 days, and go in the 4 night at 7:00 at night,,, why can't you do a shot of slin that day before work... oh yeah, I'm not going to do slin when I have to work,, 12 hours and never know when I can eat..haha..

I think slin will work fine for you Treny. Just start off with a low dosage I find out what the minimum dosage you feel you need to use to promote growth. I don’t see the big deal with trying to keep everything the same. Just make sure your diet is perfect, and you load properly after you inject. Find out what the minimum amount of carbs you can get away with is. All the regular things, like never go to sleep and don’t take clen.

I tried a little insulin at the end of my last cycle and was pretty enthusiastic about the results. I was only using 8iu post work out EOD (no AM shot) used Gatorade for my minimum carbs, mixed glutamine & creatine with the Gatorade and Whey and water every 30 minutes.

probably thinking about glycogen depletion with more work, extra cardio because you're scared of insulin and fat gain......

thanks guy's,,I have been reading about slin for so long and now it's time to start I'm getting cool feet..lol.. so after the 4 to 6 hours, the slin is totaly out of your system???
