fuck man, more balls than me!! never touched it..probably never will (but i do have a rubber arm that twists pretty easily bwahaha)

all i know about slin is only up 1iu at at a time!! 1iu can make a world of difference..

and always have that carb drink made up ahead of time....so if shit hits the fan quick you'll be ok..

good ole juicy juice.... 3 cups of it... that's what killa told me to use... with 100g of protein iso. and 10g of creatine and 10 grams of glute mixed with water...

make sure you have that drink made before you take your slin. 100 grams is not too much, better to have a little more than not enough.

another thing bro, keep a few carb drinks around for the next 4-5 hrs., i have been experimenting and i have found that after the initial post-workout shake about 1-2 hrs. later is when i get alittle funny feeling coming on and i have to start downing another carb shake, this sometimes happens again another 1-2 hrs. later so always keep some carbs around..if you have to go run some errands grab a juicy juice bro..
