igf r3 long?

anybody using this?

i am curious if you are adding any more ba to the vial so that you arn't trying to pull such a minute amount of the substance out at each injection time? I have heard of adding 9 ml's of ba to the vial so that a line on the slin needle equals about 1mcg...

also are you doing two injects a day? morning and post workout?

i have also heard that some guys are pulling the igf then pulling about 20 lines of bact water on top...I guess to reduce the pain of the ba???

haven't heard good things about it, I suggest sticking w/ the IGF-1, R3 hasn't got a good rap IMO

i haven't heard a lot about just igf-1...can you give me some details...of course it is not active in your system as long...and still need refrigerated....what can you tell me about it Mr. X...how much is it or is it easier just to use growth? thanks
