I know igf is what hgh turns into but is one better than the other? is igf not legal? just what you guys op

IGF is pres only....I suggest a mix of GH and IGF for maximum results

IGF is still out there in my opinion I just dont believe that it is stable in the form peopel are selling it in

Theoretically, IGF-1 but more realistically GH.

The GH costs much more but if you have a good source it will show at least some benefit.

IGF-1 if you knwo you are benefitting from it...for sure.
