You could use IGF-1 but there are repercussions. IGF-1 as well as hGH encourages more bone growth, but if you want a seriously dystended gut (a large and lean pot belly), then IGF-1 is the real deal. It is very potent for muscle, but I think the vast majority of IGF-1 receptors are located in the tissues of the intestinal tract. If it is used, its normally used with a steroid or a steroid stack but not in conjunction with insulin. The reason insulin is stacked often with hGH is because when insulin and hGH meet in the liver, it is converted to IGF-1.

Be careful considering IGF-1 since it can cause a seriously dystended gut.
