Default Insulin Resistance

Usually when I eat some carbohydrate rich meal, I usually end up tired and spaced out. How do I get rid of this? I'm gonna try a CKD cut during the summer to avoid this next year (it really affects my studying since it always requires me to take a nap). I've been uping the intake of omega 3s and training more often. Even low glycemic food can knock me out, it's getting quite ridiculous. My BF% is 22% + at 200 lbs. I'm on university caf food so that says it all. Next year I'll be living in a suite style residence so I'll have way more control of my food. Hmm come to think of it, I really don't do any cardio other than walking to class, maybe that has something to do with it. Well, thanks in advance. I have a fuckload of oatmeal in my room if that helps (knocks me out when mixed with milk).

don't eat carbohydrates - the best thing you can do
