so, there are a couple slin types available over the counter where I live. the pharmacist basically said the new stuff requires a script - humalog, etc
he said there is regular, and I think pcs or something.

what type of slin shall I get?

k, I found one article on slin - seems simple, but dangerous.
is continuously upping the dosage a requirement for gains off of slin?
could one just take it easy and hit 5 iu post workout for a month or so?

you don't have to up the douse. most ppl go up to about 10iu everytime they shoot. but like everything in this game ppl like to over do it.. your muscles will only absorb so much. go up to 10iu's and see how it goes... if you want to take it two times a day then do 5iu's in the morning and 10iu's after a workout. should work nicely for you..

I'm thinking of running for about the last 6 weeks of a mild eq/test cycle

x - I know you recommended tren but I already have the eq and I am working full time in the office now - high stress. I want to kill people already

duration, 4 weeks, and yes you can come off cold turkey. I suggest 5IUs post workout on training days ONLY

I want to kill people already if you use slin you need an agent that can increase IGF3 and to help metabolize and burn fat - as fina does. Also, you don't want any agents that will add to the "bloated" or "fat" look in this situation.

I love slin. I wouldn’t use slin unless you are fairly lean. I use Humilog. Try to use the lowest dosage you can and still feel the effects. For me that is 6-8iu. I will not use it more then 5 out of 7 days. I like to use it every other week. If you use too much, too high dosages and/or for too long this will lead to insulin insensitivity and finally diabetes. How much and or how long it takes too cross this line is still not known, remember everyone is different. Please use this stuff with respect.

Of all the "supplements" discussed on this board, insulin is by far one of the most, if not THE most potentially dagerous substance. If you do your reading (and it seems like you have) you should have come across the lil tid bit that states "if you don't do this properly you could go into a comatose state, and even die". Lots of bros have used it to great effect and much success, but you MUST respect it. You MUST follow the guildlines. You MUST be strict with yourself and have the discipline required - its only up to you and your health is on the line.

K, i'm off the soap box now.....if you decide to do it, how about some before and after shots, along with BF and weight?

As always, this is a great board, the mods care and the users here are fantastic.

first day was 3iu post workout - didn't feel anything
second day was 5iu pw, felt a little weird like my mind wasn't quite right or something . colors also seemed different like lighting or something. anyhow, I did my shake, my 2 hour meal, etc. no symptoms of hypo, etc. I think 5iu is the magic number for now.
