do they spike insulin levels? Yes, but for the most part not enough to really impact your dietary lifestyle.

Some folks at the CR Society website have tested this thoroughly. They determined that insulin levels were unaffected, but that psychological cravings for sweets were intensified.

Well if it doesnt affect the insulin but your cravings are hightened, just take another diet coke.

I wouldn't use anything other than Sucralose (Splenda)...it seems taht some such as Sachrin can inhibit weight loss..
