insulin to get to ketosis faster

i'm a experienced insulin user.. would'nt it make sense to use while carbing up..it will force all the nurtrients into the muscle.. i'm gonna try tommorow i'll keep you guys posted

you can use r-ala to get into ketosis faster? how would one test whether you were in ketosis since the ketostix would be useless due to false positives

If you use r-ala or insulin,I hope you like getting fat.Insulin is a storage hormone,and that includes fat as well as muscle.Unless of course you're using growth,in which case getting fat shouldn't be a worry.

using gh+t3+1000mg test+600mg eq+ 160mcg clen.. if you don't take in any fat in the 2 hour window that the insulin is active you won't get fat..you'll just shuttle all of the nutrients to the muscle in an alarming rate.. chad nicholls uses insulin on carb load days with most of his athletes... i'd like to see what mr X's take on this is. one more thing r-ala or ala does it matter which one..

You didn't mention all that in your first post.It looks to me like you know what you are doing ,and why.So what are you asking,exactly?...The r-ala is promoted as being better,but I haven't seen any scientific evidence to support that claim.If you're using slin,I don't see why you would fool with it.
