Bro, I wouldn't know how to plan slin one day out prior to a contest. I'm assuming you want to fill out and peak the day of the show by using slin, but I don't personally know anyone who has done this. Some of the pro's may, but no one that I know personally has done it out of fear of screwing up and coming in too smooth the day of the show.

Yeah..That's what I was looking to do. I know it's all about timing. I'm doing a pro-qualifier in Ohio in August. Just came back from New Orleans where I took the Super-heavy's. I'm just trying to find a way to come in more full and harder but I DON'T want to walk out there smooth as a baby's ass...Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

It would depend on the slin that you use as well as the carb load prior. I wouldn't know how in the hell to time that one out. Carb loading without slin is easy enough. When in August is the competition?

Just be prepared to do things the normal way. Slin and timing whatever slin you plan to use with carb load prior to the show is pretty precise. I just don't know of any people that I have helped before that even wanted to try slin to fill out. BTW, after pre-judging, the evening show you probably will look as smooth as a baby's butt on slin and your carb load.
