Help with an insulin diet.

I wouldn't suggest it - the dehydrated state of the person and other factors might make this combo a DEADLY one!

I also told you wrong on my slin. I have humalog. It's suppossed to be the fastest acting one. Does this make any difference in how I should be eating??

Humalog can be faster acting, so just eat right after the workout - not really much difference.
