Help with an insulin diet.

This may be kind of a broad question but does anybody have any examples of the diet they followed while using insulin??
I'm going to take it midmorning and after my workout. I know not to use flax and to cut my out my nite-time meal (3:00am). I just hear how the difference between Ron Colman and Arnold Schawarz is insulin. I have used insulin a lot with some succuess but I'm just trying to dial my diet in with it for the best gains. I'll be using hgh, test and aa17 along with it. I'm still a month or so out before I start it. I have a coule of more shows to do but this off season I want to make a dramatic change to my body. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I suggest the following:

4 hours before the shot, NO FAT, stick to low-gi carbs
for 4-5 hours after the shot NO FAT , stick to high-GI right after, then a meal in 1hr then a meal in 1 1/2hrs but NO FAT

I'm assuming you're using Humalin R

Yep. That's what I'll be using. Thanks for the info X. Do you have an idea how many calories I should be getting down. I'm gonna shoot for about 4000. Is that enough if I weight 275 and still want some mass or do I need more??? My last show I weighed in at 259 ripped. Next season I want to come on stage atleast 10pounds heavier. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. THANKS X!!

I would say weight x 18-20 an minimal, keep it in that range.

7:30am Insulin 10iu's and 2 iu's gh (wait 5 minutes and eat)
Lean meat w/pasta (hamburger helper or Tuna helper?? 1/2 box)
8:30am Lean meat w/pasta (the other half of the box??)
10:00am Chicken w/sweet potato
12:00pm Chicken w/sweet potato
TAKE NAP!!!
(SHOULD I EAT SOMETHING HERE BEFORE I TRAIN??)
3:00 gh 2 iu's pre-workout
workout 1 HR
10 iu's insulin post workout
4:00 PWO I Isopure w/carb load (may add ice cream some days??)
5:00 PWO II Chicken w/sweet potato
6:30 PWO III Chicken w/sweet potato
8:30 Chicken or lean beef w/salad

I haven't added up the calories. I think that is easy part. Trying to stay pretty low fat. Let me know what you would change. I wanna keep my waist line in check but I can let it go a little if need be.

I own a couple of health clubs. I'm inside most of the day sitting by my refridgerator.... They are 40miutes apart, so that's plenty of time to enjoy a nice meal.

Also...Did you think there was any need for a small meal before I train?? Or maybe just take 5g of glutamine??

I would say a protein shake w/ some carbs wouldn't hurt
