slin users - what do you think?

obviously, when you are in using insulin you want to cut back as much fat as possible during the periods that the insulin is active. what i'm wondering is if I need to quit taking flaxseed oil before i begin my next cycle, which, as you might of guessed is going to contain insulin.

i was planning on taking a shot of insulin right after my workout, and therefore, should i quit taking flaxseed in the morning? further, what if i was to have a shot of slin when i woke up in the morning as well as after my workout...should i quit the flaxseed altogether?

No need to quit altogether. I take 3/4 of my flax oil at my last meal of the day. I have 60 grams calcium casienate and 25-35 grams flax oil in a shake before bed.

If you take slin twice a day you have a peroid of around 10 hours you would want to keep your fat levels in check.

The way I do my diet is low fat durring the day and higher fat at night with lower carbs at night.

The flax could just as easily be taken over lunch, dinner or just before bed. Never go to bed before your slin clears your system. That said, before bed-time mixed with a slow digesting protein would be a perfect time.
