help with slin

k gonna start humalog...gonna use post werkout....starting off with 5 iu's and adding an iu each day up till 10....i have a few questions tho....is roughly 15 minutes post werkout a good time to take iot or longer or shorter?...also im having trouble grasping the concept of the diet....i know the for 2 hours after the injection to consume no fats and ive read a bunch of articles on insulin but still very confused ....so the first day i will be consuming a protein shake around 40 grams of protein and 50 grams of carbs..this will be right after the injection....now an hour and a half into it should i do about the same meal?...i will have some glucose tabs on hand just incase...i also want to throw in creatine and glutamine but r unsure of the times...if someone wants to either help me setup exactly the times to onjest everything or have a good link to a proper timing scedhule for meals is appreciate it

that might have been it but im not sure..looks more complicated than the one si was looking at..arite i think i got what im gonna do i just need to come up with a shake i can take immeditaly after..im figuring 50 grams of protein..if i take 5 iu's i read i should take 10 grams of carbs per iu so thats 50 iu's?and from my understanding thats complex carbs...now what happens if i were to take alot more than that?...also gonna throw glutamine and bcaa's in there...how many grams of glutamine do u think i should mix in with it...and i figure im gonna drink a 10 gram creatine shake with it also...and humalog peaks at one hour so i will eat a meal then that contains about another 50-60 grams of protein with another 50 -60 grams of carbs or can i go much higer than this?
