HGH vs. IGF-1? My answer...both... and I`ll tell ya why. HGH is primarily released in pulses right during the beginning phases of sleep, then it is quickly converted in the liver into it`s powerful growth metabolite...IGF-1. Most of the beneficial effects of HGH are directly associated with IGF-1. So...if you`re going to enhance one....then why not the other? Now...if I had to choose 1 or the other...although I`m a really big fan of HGH...I`d choose the IGF-1. I say this because the IGF is basically the finished product of HGH release, and IGF is very unique in the sense that it causes an actual splitting of cells in the muscles. By itself....aside from just fat burning potential...growth is virtually worthless. Stacked with IGF-1 and AAS compounds...it can do amazing things.
