GH or IGF-1 ?

Alright guys and gals, I saw the response on my GH post. How about gh vs. IGF-1 , which one should I use ?

Gh is a long term endevor 6 months or more. Where IGF-1 should be run in short cycles like four weeks or so.

Also -- what are your goals? These drugs have different properties and people use them for different reasons......

ive heard ppl using IGF only cycles but most ppl use it as a bridge or during some PCT..

gh, once passed thru the liver puts out igf neway...but indeed it does have different propertys, especially gh ran at different doses

I would like some suggestions to starting the usage of IGF-1 and a diet to follow? I see a lot of good comments regarding this product. I lift often but do not see the results I am looking for. I would like more muscle with more abs showing. HELP!
