Anyone use IGF-1 LR3?

going to be using it soon and wanted some feedback on how it worked for others

gf, i would check out the forums over at AR and musclesci. they have a gh and igf forum and thats mostly where i got feedback. thats if no1 posts over here. 40mcg-60mcg reg dose. most put on 6-8 solid pounds.

I'm doing 2 cycles...4 weeks on, 4 weeks off, then another 4 weeks on. 100mcg/ed, 5 on 2 off.

Injecting into the muscle group that I work that day. started less than a week ago but I already feel it some...the pumps are sick...my muscles have become much more full, hard, and vascular....feeling great so far and just started...

i have used and recentl;y came off and i now realize the strength gains that i had while on. I came off cycle and went right onto igf. i was eatting 5-600 grams of proteina day. and i didnt gain much weight. maybe 4 pounds. no body composition change. my weights stayed the same if not got stronger in everything after cycle. now that i am off of cycle and igf i realize how much it helped bc my strength is slowly declining. also very interesting. i had a dislocated shoulder. didnt get it surgically repaired my senior year until after basketball. during bball it would come out like it was nothing. my shoulder was junk. the mri showed that it just had some ligaments torn and stretched and some bone chipping. when they did the surgery he said it was all fucked up in there. so basically what i am tryin to say is i was unable to throw anything over my head with any kind of velocity. at 15 i was throwin 80 mph and now i couldnt even throw a football or snowball. i had to warm up my lil brother before his game and i was throwing a consistent 65 mph. which means the collagen synthesis theory with igf really works.

I did gain a couple lbs...but I also became tighter!

I loved the stuff...if I could afford it, I would keep doing it....but I'm on GH now for the rest of the year...since March.

Damn bro, you been on that shit for a while. How long do you recommend running the GH??? I'm looking into that for the winter months.
