It's been about 1 week on IGF-1 and the hunger is outta control. I can't stop eating. I woke up last night drenched in my own sweat and hungry as hell. I ended up eating an entire box of Total Flakes with a bunch of Splenda sweetener in a salad bowl.

BF is still coming off and I have no idea how. I'm eating clean, but so much that it seems almost impossible for these results to be real. Again, here is a look at my daily routine right now. Also, I'm not on any AAS.

Morning- 2.5iu HGH; 12iu Slin; NOC (Nitric Oxide); Multi-vitamin; Glutamine
Food intake: 12 eggs (4 with the yolks) with low calorie Ketchup; 2 cups oatmeal cooked in non-fat milk and splenda sweetener for taste.

2 hours later- 3 turkey breast pattys (extra lean) & 1 EAS meal replacement shake.

1 hour later- 16oz. Roasted Tuna Steak

1 hour later- 2 sashimi plates from "Sushi Boy" this is about 16 pieces of fish consisting of Tuna, Salmon, Yellow Tail

1 hour later- 1 Meal replacement shake (I Got a good deal on EAS, so that's what i use)

2 hours later- 2 chicken breasts, Black beans, spanish rice (El Pollo Loco)

1 hour later- 100mcg IGF-1 with 50gm Whey protien and 104gm Carbs

Workout-

PWO- 12iu Slin; 2.5iu HGH, 50gm Whey Protien, 104gm Carbs

Evening- 16oz. steak, 1lbs veggies, half gallon non-fat milk

2-3 a.m.- Something with alot of carbs.
