most people also inject 5 days on/ 2 days off.....you may want to think of every other day instead.........

just make sure you increase your water intake.........and pick up some P5P for the carpel tunnel effect

Cutie, why do you suggest eod for me instead of 5/2? I am doing 6iu every AM now, 5 on 2 off.

Also, why do you suggest 2x daily shots? how does that help?

I thought taking it before sleep can interfere with your own gh production.
Or is that of no concern? I took it in the morning or right after workout.
What is p5p?
